Hi! I am Lina, owner and baker of The Salted Cookiery. The Salted Cookiery was born from a love for baking and desire to bring joy to people through cookies and cookie treats. I’ve always enjoyed creating desserts for people, taking cake decorating and baking classes since I was younger. I think cookies, cookie sandwiches, and cookie cakes are a fun way to celebrate the big and small things. From just a normal day to birthdays and other celebrations, cookies just work. 

Beyond the cookies, I work full time and just finished up a Master’s degree part time. Cookies are a way for me to have some fun. From coming up with ideas to recipe and taste testing, I put the time in to make sure every cookie and cookie treat is delicious!
