Where are you located?

I am located in North Olmsted, OH, about 30 minutes west of downtown Cleveland

Do you deliver?

A delivery service is available depending on date and location. Please contact me to make these arrangements prior to placing your order.

What are your ingredients?

I am working to get ingredient lists for all my products added to my page. In the meantime, feel free to contact me directly with any specific ingredient questions

Do you provide allergen info?

As a cottage food bakery, my kitchen is not allergen free. While I do have products free of certain allergens and try to limit cross contamination, I cannot guarantee products will not come into contact with other allergens. The Salted Cookiery and its owner will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have any dietary restrictions.

Do you provide nutrition facts?

I do not currently provide nutrition facts for my cookies

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies are best stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days

 How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation

Can you mail me cookies?

I appreciate your interest, but at this time, I am not mailing cookies due to being unable to control the quality of which they arrive.

How do I place a custom or large order for a party?

I love doing custom orders! I can meet almost any need. Complete my contact form to provide me some information about what you are looking for and I will be in touch

I filled out a contact form but have not heard back. Should I reach out again?

Please do! If you filled out a form on my "Contact Me" page and have not heard back, it means I never received it. Please resubmit or feel free to reach out to me on Instagram.
